1. Cancellation and Refund Requests:

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official communication channels.
• Cancellation requests will only be considered valid when they are received and acknowledged by Crown Tours Lanka.

2. Refund Eligibility:

• Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the booking agreement.
• Depending on the type of service and timing of cancellation, different refund percentages may apply.

3. Tour and Taxi Services:

• For cancellations made more than 5 days prior to the scheduled service date, a refund of 50% of the total service fee will be issued.
• For cancellations made between 1 and 4 days prior to the service date, a refund of 100% of the total service fee will be issued.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service date.

4. Force Majeure:

• In the event of circumstances beyond Crown Tours Lanka’s control, such as natural disasters, civil unrest, or unforeseen events, which lead to the cancellation of services, a partial or full refund may be offered at the discretion of Crown Tours Lanka.

5. Processing of Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the date of receiving the cancellation request.
• Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the initial booking.

6. Non-Refundable Fees:

• Certain non-refundable fees, such as administrative fees or bank charges, may apply to the refund process.

7. Partially Utilized Services:

• No refunds will be provided for services that have been partially utilized by the customer.

8. Change of Booking:

• If the customer requests a change to their booking that results in a decrease in service cost, the difference may be refunded, subject to the refund policy.

9. No-Shows:

• No refunds will be provided for customers who do not show up for their scheduled service without prior notice.

10. Exceptional Circumstances:

• In exceptional circumstances, Crown Tours Lanka may consider offering a partial or full refund outside of the stated refund policy. Such cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
